Refund & cancellation policy

1. EV charging and in-app coins

1.1 Purchase of in-app coins

Payments made in the app by UPI, card, net banking or other digital methods buy EVee Buddy Coins, which are credited to your account immediately. Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash or a bank balance.

1.2 Coin redemption

Coins can be used only within the EVee Buddy app to start and pay for charging at EVee Buddy stations and partner network stations. Coins do not expire, unless a promotional credit or limited-period bonus states otherwise.

1.3 Session interruptions and failed deductions

• If a session fails, disconnects early or stops because of a station fault, unused coins are returned to your in-app balance.
• No cash or bank refunds are issued for interrupted sessions.
• If a payment is deducted but coins are not credited because of a network or banking problem, the payment gateway reverses the amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

2. Hardware purchases and equipment sales

2.1 OEM warranty and refunds

Charging hardware, including EVSE units, cables, connectors and components, is covered by the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) warranty, return and refund policies. EVee Buddy acts as an authorized channel or distributor, and the OEM decides eligibility for repairs, replacements, warranty claims and returns.

2.2 Non-refundable terms

• Once an order is confirmed, dispatched or handed over for site deployment, it cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
• Units with improper external electrical connections, voltage surges beyond standard limits, physical damage or unauthorized tampering are not eligible for returns or warranty claims under OEM terms.
